US envoy Tom Barrack posted a photo on X with former Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblatt, thanking him for his wisdom and unique role in uniting the collective vision of the Druze leadership. 

Barrack wrote that while the Druze live within man-made borders, they remain committed to one God without borders.

He added that the Druze can thrive as part of a united Syria, in a spirit of tolerance and cooperation with their Druze kin across the region, who also live within national states but share one faith. He described this as a common goal for all parties involved.
