Interior Minister Ahmad Al-Hajjar received the Command Council of the Internal Security Forces (ISF), in the presence of Director General Maj. Gen. Raed Abdallah. The meeting featured a comprehensive review of the country’s security situation.
Minister Hajjar underscored the need for “all necessary measures to strengthen security presence, intensify patrols, and maximize operational deployment of officers and personnel on the ground.” He emphasized the ISF’s pivotal role alongside the Lebanese Army, particularly in the current sensitive period.
Hajjar also reiterated his commitment to follow up on the concerns of active-duty and retired personnel, vowing to be “their voice inside the Cabinet” and to work toward improving their social and living conditions.
