The General Directorate of State Security – Media, Guidance, and Public Relations Department issued the following statement: 

In the context of fighting cybercrimes that violate ethical and social values, the State Security South Regional Directorate arrested (M.A.) after obtaining precise information that he was blackmailing girls via the TikTok app, exploiting his account’s popularity to demand money or coerce them into inappropriate actions.

During the investigation, it was found that his phone contained indecent videos, which he shared with several of his friends.

Legal measures were taken against him in accordance with the directives of the competent judiciary.
