MTV got a hold of a showing the chaos that has erupted on the streets among Lebanese citizens.

According to the report, a dispute broke out over the right of way on a street in Mansourieh after one driver insisted on driving the wrong way. The driver ripped the ‘No Entry’ signs from the road, tossed them in his car, and smugly told the other motorist, "Go ahead, you can back up now, I’m no longer driving the wrong way."
