Lebanon's Army Commander, General Rodolphe Haykal, received the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, at his office in Yarzeh.

Maj, Gen. Haykal also received Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Gregory Galligan, accompanied by the Canadian Military Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Jawad Al Khairy.
