Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alaa Moussa, at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain el-Tineh, with whom he discussed the current situation in Lebanon and the region, as well as the latest political and field developments in light of Israel's continued aggression against Lebanon.

The discussion also touched on the bilateral ties between the two countries.

Speaker Berri also followed up on the latest field and political developments, as well as the latest updates related to the Israeli aggression on Lebanon and their repercussions, during his meeting with the Advisor to the President of the Republic, Brigadier General Andre Rahal.

Berri later received the Greek Orthodox Metropolitan, Basilios Mansour, Pastor of the Diocese of Akkar, with whom he discussed the latest developments, as well as national and developmental affairs related to the Akkar region.

The House Speaker also received former MP Fares Souaid, with whom he discussed the latest political and field developments and national affairs.
