Israeli army spokesperson issued an evacuation order to residents of southern Lebanon south of the Zahrani River saying:

“Hezbollah’s terrorist activities are forcing the Israeli army to operate against it forcefully in this area, and it does not intend to harm you. Airstrikes are ongoing as the Israel Defense Forces operate with significant force in the region. Therefore, and for your safety, we once again call on you to evacuate your homes immediately and move north of the Zahrani River. Anyone who is near Hezbollah members, facilities, or military equipment is putting their life at risk. To ensure your safety, we urge you to move immediately to areas north of the Zahrani River. Remaining south of the Zahrani River may endanger your life and the lives of your families. 

Warning: any movement southward may put your life at risk.”
