The system will bring unsettled weather conditions from around midday, with scattered showers that may be heavy at times, accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds that could intensify at times. The low-pressure system will continue to affect the country until Sunday afternoon, after which conditions will gradually improve.
Authorities have warned of possible flash flooding on roads, particularly in northern Lebanon, during the period of unsettled weather.
