The case of Lebanese national Rabih al-Tawil, who was arrested last June under a red notice issued by French authorities through Interpol, remains open. The notice was linked to an investigation into a suspected network accused of exporting equipment used in the manufacture of drones for Hezbollah. He was later released by the Military Court.

MTV's website sources told the outlet that the judiciary has not closed the case and has expanded its investigation. Internal Security Forces patrols have been raiding locations where al-Tawil is believed to reside in an effort to arrest him again and question him.
