A peaceful day at a golf course in South Carolina turned into an extraordinary and surprising event when players were shocked to see a giant alligator invade the course.

According to The Sun newspaper, the incident occurred at a famous course on Kiawah Island in South Carolina, known for hosting prestigious golf events. Players pay substantial fees, around £460 per person, to enjoy a day on its expansive green grounds.

Several golfers stood in awe as they closely observed the alligator making its way toward the tall grass.

This is not the first time a reptilian creature has appeared on a golf course. Another alligator disrupted a championship in Florida late last year.
