Young Man Rescued After Being Swept Out to Sea Off Keserwan
Civil Defense marine rescue unit has rescued 22-year-old after being swept nearly a kilometer offshore by strong waves off the coast of Okaibe, Keserwan. 

The young man received first aid and is in good condition.
