أقرّ مجلس الوزراء مشروع قانون يرمي الى منح الحكومة حق التشريع في الحقل الجمركي ومشروع قانون ثانٍ يرمي الى فتح اعتماد اضافي في الموازنة العامة للعام 2023 من باب احتياطي الموازنة وقدره 10 الاف مليار ليرة لبنانية.
