After remaining on hold, the negotiations file is preparing to get back on track.

Nidaa Al-Watan has learned that October 20 has been proposed for the next round of talks, with Ambassadors Simon Karam and Nada Hamadeh Moawad participating as political negotiators, while Brigadier General Georges Rizkallah will head the military delegation.

The negotiations will be held at the Tampa base in the United States. Tampa was chosen over Rome because this round will focus on military matters, without the participation of experts from other fields, as was the case in previous rounds held in Rome.
