As part of ongoing efforts by Mount Lebanon’s Appellate Public Prosecutor, Judge Sami Sader, to combat crime across the governorate and apprehend those responsible, and following a rise in nighttime thefts, particularly the theft of high-value headlights and mirrors from luxury cars parked in various areas of Mount Lebanon, a patrol from the Mount Lebanon Investigation Unit raided the home of suspect R.K. in Zalka this afternoon, acting on Judge Sader’s immediate directives following surveillance and tracking operations.
The patrol arrested the suspect and took him in for preliminary questioning. Several judicial proceedings are already underway against him in connection with theft offenses.
It is worth noting that the cases Judge Sami Sader orders authorities to pursue, cover various types of crime across Mount Lebanon, as part of efforts to enhance public safety and security.
