A contractor began planting trees in Beirut on October 27, with work scheduled daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on working days until November 30, 2026.
The works will take place along the following routes: Ashrafieh’s Adlieh Roundabout toward the National Museum, then along President Saeb Salam Boulevard, from Barbir through Corniche al-Mazraa to Verdun and the Rashedin intersection, in both directions.
The works may reduce the available road space for vehicles. Motorists are urged to follow Internal Security Forces officers’ instructions and traffic signs to help ease traffic flow and prevent congestion.
