Watch: Conditions in prisons improve despite overcrowding

Brig. Gen. Joseph Moussallem, head of the Public Relations Division at the Internal Security Forces (ISF) Directorate General, told MTV that prison overcrowding remains a major problem. Despite this, medical care has improved and death rates have declined.
