Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson denied U.S. President Donald Trump’s claim that negotiations with Iran would begin on Monday.

The spokesperson said there are currently no talks with Washington, adding: “We currently have no plans to receive any delegation, nor will we be guests of any party. As for our talks with Oman, they have continued in recent days to ensure the safety of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.”

He stressed that “there will be no change in the Strait of Hormuz as long as Washington continues its aggression and naval blockade.”
