President of the Syndicate of Pharmaceutical Importers and Warehouse Owners Joseph Gharib said that the overall medicine stock in Lebanon is sufficient for about 3 to 4 months, including supplies available in warehouses, pharmacies, and hospitals.
He noted that during the recent crisis in Lebanon, no medicine shortages were recorded despite the difficulty of receiving shipments due to transportation disruptions.
Gharib added that the syndicate is working on preparing and updating lists of available stocks and submitting them to the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health to monitor any item when needed and ensure its supply to hospitals and patients.
