Adwan to MTV on the framework agreement: We are at the beginning of a process with initial steps some of which may succeed and others may not and the agreement could be brought before the Cabinet which may then refer it to Parliament if it deems it in the public interest and at that point we would enter into a constitutional debate over the nature of the agreement
