Nouh Zaiter’s name has resurfaced in recent hours amid rumors that he was included in the amnesty law, but these claims are completely untrue.

Zaiter, who faces a large number of charges, will appear before both the civil and military courts in dozens of cases once the judicial recess ends.

MTV obtained a photo and video of Zaiter during his most recent appearance before Judge Bilal Dannawi.
