President Joseph Aoun met with Jal El Dib–Beknaya Mayor Georges Zard Abou Jaoude, who briefed him on preparations by the Abou Jaoude Foundation to launch a digital transformation program for municipalities across Lebanon, as well as the programs being developed for this purpose in coordination with ESA Business School.
