Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation Judge Ahmad Rami al-Hajj has ended the preliminary investigations conducted by the Internal Security Forces’ Information Branch into the explosives truck case in Dahr al-Baidar.
Judge al-Hajj received the Information Branch’s investigation reports, which covered the technical aspects of the case, including footage from surveillance cameras and data extracted from the mobile phones of three defendants. He will refer the reports to Government Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Claude Ghanem as a supplement to the case file in which Ghanem filed charges last Friday.
