Member of Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc, MP Hassan Fadlallah, said Sunday that all those concerned about civil peace and stability in Lebanon should shore up the formation of a national unity government, which assumes its security, political and economic responsibilities.

"Today, we need a government of national unity which illustrates each polititical party's parliamentary share and would work to prevent risks," he said.

"Any other speech is an attempt to provoke sectarian tensions and isolate a Lebanese party, and allows the infiltration of criminals to bludgeon strikes at national unity and inter-Lebanese relations," he said at a ceremony organized by the municipality of Sultanieh south Lebanon in honor of students who passed the official exams.

"Given the recent developments in Lebanon, in particular following the attack on Beirut's  southern suburb, we need to contain the situation," he added.

In his words, the speech delivered by Sayed Hassan Nasrallah was national par excellence as it aimed to fortify the ranks of the Lebanese against the risks the country.

"We will be wise despite sectarian incitement. Killings and massacres will not alter our beliefs," he concluded .
