Indian media reported that more than 200 motorcycles and scooters were burned at Thrissur railway station in the southern state of Kerala, without the incident resulting in any deaths or injuries.

Preliminary information indicated that the fire broke out in a parking area designated for motorcycles, which were parked in a private lot adjacent to the station. The flames quickly engulfed the site, which typically serves as shelter for more than 500 such vehicles daily.
