Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, in a condolence message to Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, stated that “for every drop of blood, the criminal killers will soon pay the price.”

He added: “With deep sorrow and grief, I received the news of the martyrdom of Mr. Ali Larijani, his son, and several of his colleagues. The shedding of Larijani’s blood will strengthen the Islamic Republic, and for every drop spilled, the killers of the martyrs will soon face retribution.”
