Member of the Democratic Gathering bloc, MP Marwan Hamadeh, received Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Waleed Bukhari at his residence during a friendly and family visit. 

Discussions touched on the situation in Lebanon and the wider region.

In a statement, MP Hamadeh praised Saudi Arabia’s ongoing support for Lebanon across various sectors, as well as its role in upholding the Arab identity of Lebanon and Syria. 

Hamadeh also commended the Kingdom’s commitment to Lebanon’s security and stability, and its care for the large Lebanese diaspora residing in Saudi Arabia.
