Culture Minister waives entry fees to museums, heritage sites for National Heritage Day
Minister of Culture Ghassan Salameh issued a decision waiving entrance fees for visitors to the National Museum, Beiteddine Palace, and all state-run archaeological sites on the occasion of Lebanon’s National Heritage Day, observed annually on the third Thursday of May.

As part of the Ministry of Culture’s efforts—through the Directorate General of Antiquities—to celebrate this occasion and encourage public engagement with Lebanon’s rich cultural heritage, all affiliated museums and heritage sites across the country will be open to visitors free of charge on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, May 14, 15, and 16, during official working hours.

Several sites will also host cultural and educational activities aimed at raising awareness and fostering appreciation for Lebanon’s historical legacy.
