Prime Minister Nawaf Salam held a series of meetings at the Grand Serail, tackling development needs and long-standing civil service issues.
Salam first met with MP Walid Baarini, accompanied by a delegation of long-term contractual employees. Baarini emphasized the urgency of granting these employees permanent status, noting that they had passed Civil Service Board exams more than 11 years ago.
Discussions also addressed key development projects in Akkar, including the establishment of a Civil Defense center and the long-awaited Mishmish-Fneideq highway.
