A delegation from the Honorary Consulate of Nepal in Lebanon, headed by Honorary Consul Sheikh Mohammed Wissam Ghazil,visited Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, at Dar al-Fatwa.

According to a statement from the delegation, the meeting addressed the general situation in the country, as well as ways to enhance cultural and humanitarian cooperation with religious and official authorities in Lebanon.

During the meeting, Consul Ghazil emphasized "the national and religious role played by Dar Al-Fatwa in consolidating the concepts of dialogue and moderation," emphasizing "the importance of convergence between peoples based on mutual respect and openness."
