Head of the Baalbek-Hermel Bloc, MP Hussein Hajj Hassan, stressed the importance of remaining committed to the path of resistance in light of continued Israeli attacks, occupation of Lebanese territory, and the enemy's refusal to release prisoners, all with US backing.
During a political meeting in Zbud, organized by Hezbollah’s public relations office, he stated that supporting and protecting the resistance against political and media campaigns is a national duty, not just a choice, within a broader strategic vision.
He also affirmed that the current electoral law remains in force, warning that some calls regarding expatriate voting reflect intentions of exclusion, particularly in countries aligned with Israel.
He concluded by emphasizing the national bloc’s support for expatriate voting, but under fair conditions that ensure equal opportunities.
