MTV reported that an association close to Hezbollah submitted a notification for a gathering on the Corniche facing the Raouche Rock to commemorate the two leaders. 

Accordingly, in order to safeguard public freedoms and the right to assembly, the governor granted them permission on the condition that they refrain from blocking the road or disrupting traffic, preserve public property, and avoid lighting up the Raouche Rock or projecting images onto it, in line with the circular issued by Prime Minister Nawaf Salam.
