The Army Command – Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement:
On the evening of 2025/10/04, following a series of communications between the army and the relevant authorities, the wanted individual Fadel Abdulrahman Shamandar, known as ‘Chaker,’ surrendered to a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate at the entrance of Ain al-Hilweh camp – Sidon. This is in connection with the Abra incidents of 2013. An investigation has commenced under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
