Pope Leo XIV wrote a message to the Lebanese people in the Presidential Palace’s Golden Book. In his note, he said:
“On the first day of my visit to Lebanon, one of the two countries that I visiting on this first Apostolic voyage in my Pontificate, I happily wish many blessings upon all the people of Lebanon, praying that PEACE will reign.
