President pf the Republic Joseph Aoun has called on the head and members of the Supervisory Commission for Parliamentary Elections, after they took their oaths, to exercise their powers according to the law.
He added: “Do not yield to any pressure from any party, and be ready to hold the elections on time, as the eyes of the world will be on us to ensure that the electoral process is conducted freely, fairly, transparently, and democratically.”
