Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received Minister of Public Works Fayez Rasamny at the second presidency headquarters in Ain El-Tineh.
The discussion reportedly touched on the country’s general situation and the ministry's work programs.
Speaker Berri later met with a delegation from the Audit Bureau, led by its president, Judge Mohammad Badran, and included Court of Audit’s Public Prosecutor, Judge Fawzi Khamis, and heads of Chambers Judges Abdullah Nasser, Inaam Boustani and Nelly Abi Younis. The delegation extended well-wishes to the Speaker on the occasion of the New Year and the holiday.
Berri also met with Mohammad El-Hout, Chairman and Director General of Middle East Airlines (MEA), with discussions focusing on the Company’s conditions and its work programs.
The Parliament Speaker also received Beirut Governor Judge Marwan Abboud.
