The Acting Director General of Civil Defense, Brigadier General Imad Khreish, is on the ground overseeing search and rescue operations following a building collapse in El-Qobbeh, Tripoli.
He told MTV: “Our teams are working professionally, and we have equipment that allows us to detect sounds beneath the rubble. It will take approximately five hours to reach the source of the sound.”
