Head of the Engineers’ Syndicate in the North Chawki Fatfat, revealed that the collapsed building in Qobbeh, Tripoli, was not among the 106 buildings deemed at risk of collapse.
Speaking to MTV, he said: “We inspected a building that was evacuated in Tabbaneh, but we have not yet received any report regarding it.”
