The Meteorological Department of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects partly cloudy skies tomorrow, with fog over the mountains and a chance of light drizzle in the morning, turning to mostly clear conditions later in the day with rising temperatures, especially inland and in elevated areas.

General overview: A fast-moving low-pressure system from southwestern Turkey will affect Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean, bringing relatively cold air, heavy rainfall, strong winds, and snow above 1,500 meters. Weather will stabilize starting Wednesday morning, with temperatures rising until Friday, when conditions turn unsettled again with rain.

Tuesday: Partly to mostly cloudy, fog over highlands. Significant temperature drop below seasonal averages. Scattered heavy rain before noon, possible hail with thunder, and flash flood warnings for northern roads. Winds up to 70 km/h, waves reaching 3 meters. Snow expected above 1,700 meters, lowering to 1,400 meters in the afternoon. Rain gradually eases at night.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy in the morning with fog over mountains and possible light drizzle. Clears up during the day with rising temperatures, especially inland and in elevated areas.

Thursday: Partly cloudy with high clouds. Temperatures rise above seasonal averages, humidity drops, and winds remain active.

Friday: Partly cloudy with high clouds. Temperatures rise along the coast but drop in the mountains and inland. Active winds up to 70 km/h. Afternoon scattered showers with thunder, snow above 2,000 meters at night.
