The National News Agency reported that Hani Helmi Al-Hajjar, the Appeals Public Prosecutor in the North, has filed charges against three detainees for attempting to smuggle a large quantity of heroin and other narcotics hidden in shipments of oil and juice from the Port of Tripoli to Australia through Malaysia.
