Energy Minister Raymond Ghajar met Wednesday at his office with U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, Dorothy Shea, who came on a protocol visit.

During the meeting, Ghajar broached his ministry's efforts to implement the electricity plan, and explained the adopted legal, administrative and financial measures aimed to enhance governance within the energy sector.

Talks also touched on the oil and gas issue and the drilling in Block 4.
