The Embassy of Japan in Lebanon is pleased to announce that on April 29, the Government of Japan decided to confer a decoration on Francois Saade, President of the Lebanese Judo Federation.

Saade is awarded "The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays" for his outstanding contribution to promoting Judo in Lebanon and strengthening friendly relations between Japan and Lebanon over many years.
