Two Moroccan planes arrived on Tuesday morning at Beirut’s Rafik Hariri International Airport, loaded with 90 tons of foodstuff provided as a donation from Morocco’s King Mohammed VI, to the military institution and the Lebanese people, the Army Command-Orientation Directorate said in a statement.
Present at the airport was Moroccan Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammad Krein, and the representative of Army Commander General Joseph Aoun.
It is to note that this is the last batch out of eight Moroccan aid aircrafts, six of which have arrived in the past few days.
