Fadi Shamandar, brother of the terrorist artist Fadel Shaker, who is wanted by the Lebanese authorities, has handed himself over to the army intelligence at the Hisbah checkpoint at the western entrance to the camp, after his health condition deteriorated, and asked to transfer him to a Sidon hospital for treatment.

The wanted person was hiding with his brother, Fadel Shaker, inside Ain al-Hilweh camp.
