Head of Lebanese Democratic Party, MP Talal Arslan, considered that the Taef Accord has collapsed as the Constitution has been stamped on since 2005.
Syrians were the sole sponsor of the Taef Accord, and since their leaving in 2005 the Accord has systematically failed, according to Arslan.
"There is no solid political system before us to apply, and the biggest proof is the daily fall of all institutions which were based on the Taef accord," he said.
Voicing full support for the Lebanese army, Arslan deemed the "people, army, resistance" triad as the Lebanon's source of strength.
