The Internal Security Forces directorate issued a statement informing motorists, traveling out of Beirut, who want to use the coastal road bypass towards the north may do so between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. from Monday till Saturday.

On Sundays, the road will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in that direction.

At all other times, the road is designated for motorists heading towards the capital.
