Member of Parliament Hani Kobeissi said that the Army and all other Security Institutions' achievements aiming to maintain security are basic to preserve the State Institutions.

"These achievements are the milestone to preserve the State Institutions, because disrupting the work of the Parliament, the new cabinet formation and security aims at attacking the Lebanese state and all its institutions," Kobeissi said during a graduation commencement at "Maifadoun Public High school" in southern Lebanon.

The MP called upon all political parties to shoulder their national responsibility in preserving the resistance and national unity and in confronting strife and confessionalism.

He added that the national responsibility is not limited to the Lebanese scene but it includes the entire Arab world because Arabism embraces the main Arab and Muslims cause, Palestine's cause.

Kobeissi described the incidents in Lebanon as security confusion rather than a "spring" and the incidents in Syria as a creative chaos that have destroyed the entire country-- people and buildings--adding that they have destroyed everything in the Arab world because many Arab parties abandoned their responsibilities.

The Mp added that Israel is happy with the incidents and divisions that destroy the Arab world and keep it the dominant state, saying that the future of Lebanon is in the hands of those who are keen on national unity and coexistence and reject strife and domestic clashes.

He called upon all loyal and honest nationals to unify to get Lebanon out of conspiracy, saying "if disrupting institutions is a target, we should all work to protect these institutions; we should present some concessions to form a national unity cabinet that protects Lebanon and its citizens.
