The Lebanese Army Orientation Directorate issued a statement Saturday reporting that units of the military, in collaboration with members of the civil defense, put out fires which erupted in the regions of Niha, Nabi Ila, Azki, Dawra, Chadra, Sendieneh, Bcharri, Maaser Chouf, Hsarat, Bayssour, Dhour el-Abadiyeh, Rechmaya, Maasarayti, Besrine, Jisr el Damour and Hamat.

The damaged area is estimated at 323 dounams of bushes, fruit and forest trees.
