Change and Reform bloc leader, MP Michel Aoun, met Thursday at his Rabieh residence with former parliamentary candidate Massoud al-Ashkar.

Aoun later met with a delegation of Labora Organization headed by Father Tony Khadra.

Speaking to reporters following the meeting, Father Khadra maintained that the organization was endeavoring hand in hand with the Christian parties and factions nationwide in order that Christians should enjoy better presence within the state.

"We would like to discuss with each Christian leader the presence of Christians within the state and the means to beef it up. This issue was addressed in Bkerki in June 2011," he said.
