State Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Saqr Saqr, charged twelve Lebanese nationals, including Arab Democratic Party Secretary-General Refaat Eid, with belonging to an armed terrorist organization and partaking in the clashes that took place in Tripoli’s neighborhood of Jabal Mohsen.

All of the 12 men were also accused of possessing arms and inciting sectarian strife.

One of the charged individuals is in custody while all others are still at large.

Saqr referred the case to First Military Investigative Judge Riad Abou Ghayda.
