Social Affairs Minister Rachid Derbas confirmed that Foreign Affairs Ministers from countries harboring Syrian refugees will be holding their next meeting in Tripoli in September, adding that a ministerial committee will be formed so as to prepare for the event.

In remarks published in Annahar newspaper Friday, Derbas noted that he represented Lebanon during the last meeting held in Jordan, adding that the Iraqi Foreign Minister had requested that his country host the meeting but he denied him the opportunity on grounds of it being Lebanon’s run.
